As a native Long Islander  I enjoy all the convenience this area has to offer.  No matter what your interest may be Long Island has something for everyone - Especially when it comes to food.
However, because of our over saturation of local eateries you really have to take the good with the bad...and sometimes awful.
This website was created with that in mind. Therefore, I am not only bringing you advice (from an honest and average person perspective) on where you should eat, I am also subjecting myself to some of the potentially worst (and just not worth it) restaurants out there.
Hopefully in doing this I will be able to bring you the hidden gems of long island while making sure you know where NOT to waste your money.
